I received a faulty picosecond laser; it's too loud, poorly calibrated, and leaves skin wounds when used at THE LOWEST parameters.. The shot count doesn't work; it shows zero every time it's turned on. The laser is very loud, making it uncomfortable to work with, and it has significant delays in shots, making them uncontrollable. The device can't be used up close (as recommended by the seller) or from afar. Please watch the video to see how the laser behaves. I've tried to address this issue with the seller, but they've been unresponsive, rude and now they are ignoring me.
